Student Admission

In order to become an official student of Sanata Dharma University, the prospective students must meet the requirements of Student Admission.

the registration form

Step 2

Complete
the application with following documents:

  • a certified copy of academic transcript and latest diploma certificate
  • a certified standardized English Language Proficiency Test Result (minimum score of 500 for TOEFL, 575 for TOEIC, and 6.0 for IELTS) for international students who will take English Education or English Letters
  • a recommendation letter from applicants’ school/institution
  • health insurance
  • an official medical documentation stating that the applicant is able to meet the academic demands in USD (download here)
  • recent color photographs (red background)
  • a financial guarantee statement enclosing a bank statement, indicating applicants financial ability to undertake education in USD (download here)
  • a law and employment declaration, stating that the applicants will not engage in a job and will obey the Indonesian laws and regulations (download here)
  • a valid passport, includes the cover and the biodata

  • If your document is not English, an official certified translation must be provided.
  • All electronic documents must be compiled in one PDF.
  • Once accepted, applicants will receive an official Letter of Acceptance from Sanata Dharma University. Then, the recommendation letter needs to be sent to IO email and IO will help to get the Student Visa (VITTAS).
